Hiding a Note, Form or Event
If an error is made while documenting on an athlete, the 'Hide a Form' function will allow you to remove the note, form or event from view. Note that hidden forms are not deleted, but rather removed from view and are still accessible if needed.
Requirements to Hide a Form
- In order to hide a form, there are a couple of requirements that need to be met:
Only the user who created the note has the ability to hide it. - The note, form, or event can not have any attachments linked to it. The attachments will need to be removed first.
Steps to Hide a Form
From the player dashboard, select the 'Admin' button on the top right corner. You will be presented with a drop-down menu. From this menu, you can choose to hide a form or view any hidden forms. Choose the option 'Hide a Form'.
As shown in the image below, you will then be presented with a list of notes, forms or events that you have created and are eligible to hide. The event that the note is associated with and the date of creation are listed to assist in choosing the correct note to hide.
Click on the note, form or event you wish to hide. You will see a text box labelled 'Justification'. Before hiding, you must document the reasoning behind hiding the note. Once you have provided your justification, click the 'Hide Form' button and the note will be removed from view on the player dashboard.
