If you recently changed mobile devices, you may need to transfer your PingID authentication to your new device. Please see the instructions below outlining the process of transferring your PingID authentication to a new device.
First thing you need to do is unpair your old device.
If you still have your old device, you have two options:
Option #1 - Open the Ping ID app on your old device, and hit the gear icon, then Unpair this device.
Option #2 - In your web browser, navigate to https://desktop.pingone.com/athleterms and login using your ARMS username and password. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner, then choose Devices. Find your old device in the list and click on the menu drop-down on the far right hand side. You should see a garbage can icon. Click on this icon to unpair your device.
If you do not have your old device, please contact Athlete RMS support (support@athleterms.com) and the support team will unpair your phone for you.
Once you have unpaired your old device, you need to connect your new device to PingID. Open your ARMS platform and login using your ARMS username and password. You should now see this ‘Welcome’ screen (as below).

Click on ‘Start.’ You will now see a ‘QR’ code appear to connect a new device similar to the example below:

Open the PingID app on the new device that you want to pair and select the ‘+’ to add an Organization to the new device. The app will then open a Camera window to scan the QR code on the website. Once the app captures the QR code, you will need to choose ‘Yes’ to Authenticate. The app will confirm ‘Authenticated,’ and you will now be logged into the platform.

If you have any issues with transferring the PingID app over to your new device, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@athleterms.com.
