I'm locked out of my PingID account. What do I do?

If you enter an incorrect password multiple times, you may become locked out of your PingID account. 


You can quickly reset your PingID password by visiting the following link:



You will be asked to enter your email address associated with your PingID account. Once submitted, you will be sent a link to reset your password.


If you do not know the email address associated with your PingID account, please submit a request to ARMS Support, email us at support@athleterms.com, or call us at (866) 730-2767.
