You can change your PingID password from the login page for the platform you are using.
Note: If your platform does not use PingID as its authentication, please refer to your club's IT department in order to change your password. ARMS Support only has the ability to change PingID passwords.
Steps to change your password:
1) Navigate to the login page for your respective platform.
2) Click on "Login".
3) This will take you to the PingID authentication page. Click on "Change Password".
4) You will be displayed the Change Password dialog. Complete the required fields. Click on "Submit".
5) If your password change is successful, you will be provided confirmation.
