PingID Password Reset

Step 1: Log in to the PingOne for Enterprise portal (https://admin.pingone.com/web-portal/login).


Step 2: Click on the Users menu option at the top of the page.



Step 3: Search for the User using Last Name and/or First Name.



Step 4: Click on the Edit button next to the User's name.



Step 5: Enter a new temporary password and confirm. Click on Save at the bottom of the page.



Step 6: In Freshdesk, create a new email (or reply to an existing ticket). Insert the canned response titled "Temporary Password". The canned response icon can be found within the "Description" or Reply dialog of a ticket or new email.



Step 7: Change the temporary password to the one you created in Step 5.



Step 8: Click Send to send the user the new temporary password.
